Playing at home and around the neighborhood!

It was cool enough to take and afternoon stroll.
Tyner loves his Ole Miss football uniform! I think his daddy loves it even more!

Hunter and Tyner playing with his new race car set. Hunter and I both are enjoying this new phase we are in with our children. It is so much fun sitting down with them and playing with all of their toys. I feel like a kid again!

Maggie and Tyner have had more fun with her "Cozy Coupe" that Kacky gave them. They take turns pushing each other around! It was nice having a break from school, activities, and tight schedules during Christmas! It was then nice to get back into a routine. We have spent afternoons going to the library, visiting the zoo, taking strolls to the park, and just enjoying playing with all of our new toys at home! I am looking forward to what 2009 has in store for us!

Verse of the Week

Our verse this week is Luke 2:9-11. "An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all people. Today in the town of David a SAvior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.

Biblical Virtues to pray for my children

Humility.
"God, please cultivate in Tyner and Maggie the ability to show true humility toward all."

About Me

My photo
I am a mom to 5 beautiful children. 4 on earth and 1 in heaven. Our precious Lucy went home to our Savior on October 30, 2013. This is not the life we ever imagined we would be living, but we rest in knowing that our God is sovereign over us and knows what is best for our family!
