I have a very determined child on my hands! I am pretty sure I will soon be reading Dr. James Dobson's book The Strong Willed Child in the near future. Maggie really wanted something to eat out of the pantry. I wouldn't get it for her because she had already had several snacks! Yes, my tiny daughter that is only in the 14% percentile can eat a ton of food! Anyway, since I wouldn't get her the snack she wanted she decided to crawl up on the shelf in our pantry and get it herself! How about that for some determination!

Verse of the Week
Our verse this week is Luke 2:9-11. "An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all people. Today in the town of David a SAvior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.

About Me
- simpsonfamily
- I am a mom to 5 beautiful children. 4 on earth and 1 in heaven. Our precious Lucy went home to our Savior on October 30, 2013. This is not the life we ever imagined we would be living, but we rest in knowing that our God is sovereign over us and knows what is best for our family!

That is hilarious! How in the world did she get up there???
No way!!! I guess the up side of a strong will is that one day, she'll resolutely say 'no' to the things you want her to say 'no' to!!..but for now, it means she gets some goldfish when she wants them!! Ha!
